For effective use, as a first step it is important that you know about the features of the software you use. As a second step it is vital to bring your knowledge into practise. Take for example the awesome bar. Highlighted as one of the prime features of Firefox 3, I did take little while to get used to it. That was not because it was difficult to use but because I took time quitting the old habit of typing URLs. Yes, with the new URL bar is Firefox 3 you can type and search your bookmarks and history.
